I don't know anything about shunts. HOWEVER, JUST LOOKING AT IT FROM A COMPLETELY LOGICAL point of view, it would seem that if they are drawing off 30 cc and if pressure is building up enough to push open the stitches or the glue, the the problem is in the drainage system. Why is the fluid staying in Mason's head and not draining into his abdomen where it is supposed to go?
